High energy smoothie recipe

here’s my daily staple that keeps me going and going and going ……..

1/2 cup of ice

250 mls rice milk and cold water mix (you can substitute and form of dairy or non dairy milk)

1 teaspoon organic matcha green tea powder

1 teaspoon organic cacao powder

dash of cinnamon

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1 banana

3 mint leaves

1 wedge of lime squeezed 

40g Gewrew granola to top off 

I sometimes add a vegan coconut protein for additional amino acids to assist in muscle repair and recovery.

Add additional water, rice milk or ice for desired texture and consistency

This smoothie has a high amount of antioxidants needed to rid the body of toxins.
